Smart Estates is a fully registered real estate agency in Spain. Our office in Puerto Banús is focused on the luxury property market across Marbella and the Costa del Sol. With strong local knowledge and an extensive network of trusted contacts, the company has built a reputation for handling high-value property transactions with professionalism, discretion and efficiency.
Over time, the team has developed a particular strength in sourcing exclusive villas and private off-market opportunities, many of which are not publicly advertised and are available only to a select group of qualified buyers.

Director
Having previously built successful businesses in the UK, Tim has lived in Spain for over 10 years. Operating between Ibiza, Mallorca & Marbella, he provides a dedicated, tailored service to source the finest homes. With hands-on experience constructing multiple villas, he brings valuable expertise to clients investing in or building their dream property. Tim is a certified API real estate broker.
Kuno Zabell
Sales Agent
With over 16 years' experience in international real estate, Kuno has built a strong track record working with clients worldwide. Having owned and operated his own real estate company in Asia for 8 years, he brings valuable entrepreneurial and market insight. With hands-on experience in developing villas and condominiums, he provides expertise to clients investing in or building high-end property. Kuno is a senior real estate broker fluent in Danish, English, and Swedish.
Josefine Winter
Sales Agent
With strong knowledge of the Costa del Sol property market, Josefine offers valuable local insight when sourcing the right homes. Based in Marbella, she provides a dedicated service tailored to each client's lifestyle, preferences, and investment goals. Known for her professional, committed, and highly personalised approach, she ensures a smooth journey from first viewing to completion. Josefine is fluent in Danish and English.
